Terms & Conditions

The Thrive Hub Collective Limited is a registered company in England and Wales.

By joining Thrive-Hub, accessing member content, participating in discussions, attending events, downloading resources, or otherwise using the Thrive-Hub community, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Membership
Thrive-Hub is a subscription-based educational and support community for parents, carers, and professionals seeking information, guidance, education, and peer support.
Membership provides access to community discussions, educational content, resources, webinars, workshops, events, recordings, and other benefits as determined by Thrive-Hub.
We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any content, feature, resource, benefit, event, or service at any time.

2. Educational Information Only
All information provided within Thrive-Hub is for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing within Thrive-Hub constitutes:
● Medical advice
● Clinical diagnosis
● Treatment recommendations
● Legal advice
● Mental health treatment
● Educational assessments
● Professional healthcare services
Members should always seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals regarding medical, educational, therapeutic, legal, or psychological concerns.
Participation in Thrive-Hub is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the member’s own discretion and risk.

3. Community Discussions & Professional Disclaimer
Information shared by founders, moderators, guest speakers, contributors, practitioners, or community members is provided for educational purposes only.


Opinions, recommendations, experiences, and personal stories shared within the community should not be interpreted as medical, therapeutic, educational, legal, or professional advice.
Membership of Thrive-Hub does not establish a practitioner-patient, therapist-client, clinician-patient, coach-client, or any other professional relationship between members and Thrive-Hub, its founders, moderators, contributors, or guest experts.

4. No Guarantees
Every child, family, and individual is unique.
While Thrive-Hub shares educational information, expert perspectives, and community experiences, we make no guarantees regarding:
● Health outcomes
● Developmental outcomes
● Behavioural outcomes
● Educational outcomes
● Symptom improvement
● Therapy outcomes
● Nutritional outcomes
● Specific results from implementing information shared within the community
Individual outcomes will vary and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Community Conduct
Members agree to:
● Treat all members with kindness and respect.
● Maintain a supportive and constructive environment.
● Respect differing views and experiences.
● Avoid bullying, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive language.
● Refrain from soliciting, promoting, or advertising products or services without permission.
● Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend membership, or terminate membership where behaviour is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the community.
No refunds will be provided following termination for breach of these Terms.

6. Confidentiality, Privacy & Community Trust
Members agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all community participants.
Information shared within the community should remain within the community and must not be disclosed outside of Thrive-Hub without the express permission of the individual concerned.
Members acknowledge that families may share personal and sensitive information regarding themselves and their children. Such information must be treated respectfully and confidentially.
While Thrive-Hub promotes a safe environment, members remain responsible for exercising their own judgement regarding the personal information they choose to share.

7. Protection of Member Content
Members must not copy, screenshot, record, download, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or share any member posts, comments, photographs, videos, recordings, messages, personal stories, or identifying information outside of Thrive-Hub without the express permission of the individual concerned.
This prohibition includes sharing content through:
● Social media
● Messaging applications
● Websites
● Blogs
● Email
● Printed materials
● Other online communities or forums
Breach of this provision may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

8. User Generated Content
Members remain solely responsible for any content they post, upload, publish, or share within Thrive-Hub.
Thrive-Hub reserves the right to edit, remove, restrict access to, or delete any content considered inappropriate, misleading, offensive, defamatory, unlawful, harmful, promotional, or inconsistent with the aims of the community.
Repeated breaches may result in suspension or termination of membership.

9. Intellectual Property & Resource Sharing
All Thrive-Hub materials are protected by copyright, intellectual property rights, and applicable laws.
This includes but is not limited to:
● Downloads
● PDFs
● Guides
● Workbooks
● Presentations
● Graphics
● Videos
● Webinar recordings
● Training materials
● Educational resources
● Community content
● Branding and logos
Members may use materials solely for their own personal, non-commercial use.
Members must not:
● Share resources with non-members.
● Upload resources to websites or social media.
● Email resources to third parties.
● Copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, licence, or republish content.
● Record webinars, workshops, or member sessions.
● Share screenshots of member-only content.
● Use Thrive-Hub content for commercial purposes.
● Use Thrive-Hub content within professional practice, coaching, courses, memberships, workshops, group programmes, or client work without prior written permission.
Unauthorised use may result in termination of membership and legal action where appropriate.

10. Membership Access
Membership access is granted solely to the registered member.
Members must not share login details or permit access by any third party.
Thrive-Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where account sharing is suspected.

11. Live Events & Recordings
Thrive-Hub may host webinars, workshops, interviews, Q&A sessions, and other live events.
Such events may be recorded and made available to members.
By participating in live events, members acknowledge and agree that their name, profile image, comments, questions, voice, or video may appear in recordings.
Members who do not wish to appear should disable their camera and avoid sharing personal information during live sessions.

 

12. Force Majeure

The Thrive Hub Collective Limited shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, internet outages, platform failures, acts of government, natural disasters, pandemics, industrial disputes, supplier failures, or other unforeseen events.


13. Payments & Renewals
Membership fees are payable in advance and may renew automatically unless cancelled by the member.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

14. Refund Policy
All membership payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for:
● Change of circumstances
● Lack of participation
● Failure to access content
● Cancellation during a billing period
● Dissatisfaction after access has been granted to community content or resources
By purchasing membership, members acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

15. Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund for the current billing period.
Access will continue until the end of the paid membership period unless membership is terminated for breach of these Terms.

16. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Members agree to contact Thrive-Hub directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Thrive-Hub reserves the right to suspend access pending investigation.
Where a chargeback is found to be invalid, Thrive-Hub reserves the right to recover associated costs and fees.

17. Data Protection
Thrive-Hub processes personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Members’ personal information will be processed in accordance with the Thrive-Hub Privacy Policy.
Members may exercise their rights relating to personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

18. Defamation & Lawful Use
Members must not publish or share content that is:
● Defamatory
● False or misleading
● Harassing
● Abusive
● Threatening
● Discriminatory
● Unlawful
Members must not make unsubstantiated allegations regarding healthcare professionals, schools, local authorities, organisations, businesses, or private individuals.
Thrive-Hub reserves the right to remove such content immediately.

19. Community Safety & Safeguarding
Thrive-Hub is not an emergency support service, crisis service, safeguarding service, medical service, or mental health service.
Members concerned about the immediate safety or wellbeing of themselves or another person should contact the appropriate emergency services, healthcare providers, safeguarding authorities, or crisis support services.
Where Thrive-Hub becomes aware of information that gives rise to a genuine safeguarding concern regarding the welfare of a child or vulnerable person, Thrive-Hub reserves the right to take appropriate action, including seeking advice from relevant authorities where legally required.

20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive-Hub, its founders, moderators, contributors, contractors, employees, guest speakers, and partners shall not be liable for:
● Direct or indirect losses
● Personal injury
● Health outcomes
● Developmental outcomes
● Educational outcomes
● Financial losses
● Business losses
● Emotional distress
● Decisions made based upon information shared within the community
Members remain solely responsible for actions taken based upon information obtained through Thrive-Hub.
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

21. Changes to Services & Terms
Thrive-Hub reserves the right to:
● Modify content
● Update resources
● Change membership pricing
● Amend these Terms and Conditions
● Suspend or discontinue services
Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

 

22. Third-Party Websites, Resources & Links

Thrive-Hub may from time to time provide links, recommendations, references, resources, products, services, websites, social media accounts, articles, research papers, practitioners, organisations, or other third-party content for informational and educational purposes.

Any such links or references are provided solely for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, approval, guarantee, or representation by Thrive-Hub regarding the accuracy, reliability, suitability, quality, safety, or effectiveness of any third-party content, website, product, service, practitioner, organisation, or provider.

Thrive-Hub has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, products, services, information, opinions, or materials available on any third-party website or platform.

Members who choose to access third-party websites, services, products, practitioners, or resources do so entirely at their own risk and are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable terms, conditions, privacy policies, and practices of those third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive-Hub shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, claim, or liability arising from or connected with the use of, reliance upon, or interaction with any third-party website, resource, product, service, practitioner, organisation, or content.

 

23. Supplements, Products, Tests & Practitioner Discussions

From time to time, Thrive-Hub, its founders, guest experts, moderators, contributors, or community members may discuss supplements, dietary approaches, products, laboratories, tests, practitioners, therapies, educational programmes, treatment approaches, interventions, services, or other resources.

Such discussions are provided for educational and informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice, professional advice, endorsements, recommendations, guarantees, or assurances regarding safety, suitability, effectiveness, or outcomes.

Members acknowledge that individual circumstances differ and that any decision to purchase, use, implement, engage with, or rely upon any supplement, product, practitioner, test, therapy, programme, intervention, or service is made entirely at their own discretion and risk.

Members should seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions relating to healthcare, supplements, medications, therapies, testing, educational provision, or treatment plans.

Thrive-Hub accepts no responsibility or liability for any outcomes, losses, injuries, adverse effects, dissatisfaction, or claims arising from the use of or reliance upon any supplement, product, practitioner, test, therapy, intervention, programme, service, or recommendation discussed within the community.



24. Termination
Thrive-Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately where a member:


● Breaches these Terms
● Shares community content without permission
● Violates confidentiality provisions
● Harasses or intimidates other members
● Acts in a way that may harm Thrive-Hub or its members
No refund will be issued following termination for breach.

25. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.


Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

26. Acceptance of Terms
By joining Thrive-Hub, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.


If a member does not agree to these Terms, they must not access or use the Thrive-Hub community.
